Project Description
CBM Services Group was engaged by Intrec Management to complete the Mechanical services installation to the new Performing Art Centre and H Block refurbishment designed by Multitech Solutions.
Works included:
- Multiple VRV Systems comprising of split ducted, wall mounts and under ceiling Cassettes
- High-level duct work exposed duct work in the auditorium
- New MSSB’s and Mechanical electrical installation
- Demolition of existing A/C in H Block to make room for new Installation
- Install 14x ceiling cassettes and fresh air Fans to H block complete with MSSB and Mechanical electrical
- DET Standard controls throughout both buildings
