“When a company grows at the rate CBM Air has, we must ensure our growth continues to reflect the needs of the clients, who we have always placed first in our operations,” says CBM Services Group Managing Director, Scott Bretherton.
“Our growth has required us to assess our whole business. We have committed to realigning ourselves to be leaders in new and expanded services to offer our clients in the future.”
CBM Services Group, formerly CBM Air, spent many years building their reputation for operational excellence in air conditioning and mechanical services throughout Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory. By applying a straightforward, innovative, yet safe service mentality to their work, squarely focused on safety, their growing success exposed a few gaps in the industry. CBM Air realised that to continue delivering the best service outcome for their clients, they would need to become more specialised in additional services.
“Over the years, we have built great relationships and, I would say, trust with our clients. Expanding CBM Air is pretty exciting because we know our new services reflect what these clients, and new clients, need and want from us,” says Scott.
CBM Services Group relaunched as a company in 2019 with a reinforced set of business values including service excellence, safety and dependability. The recharged company will offer the same highly-regarded service in air-conditioning and mechanical services and will add gas, electrical and asset management services to the stable.
“Our new services will continue CBM Air’s commitment to delivering results with uncompromised standards,” says Scott, who instils this commitment in every team member in the company.
“CBM Services Group will underpin this commitment by acquiring the necessary industry-standardised accreditations to ensure our clients for quality workmanship, installation and after-service support.”
Almost as an early marker of their growth and success, CBM Services Group was recently awarded the contract to undertake major mechanical services and medical gas work on the Maryborough Hospital Emergency Department Refurbishment Project [read more].
It is a clear indication that the sector has been looking for a whole-of-service specialist company to take the lead on air, gas, electrical and asset management.
CBM Services Group called on Newcastle, New South Wales marketing specialists, Method+Marketing to completely overhaul their brand to reflect their vision of full-service partnership with their clients.
“The process of reinventing the look and feel of the company was really important to the journey and has given CBM Services Group renewed focus to continue to deliver sound, dependable yet sector-leading services and solutions to our clients,” says Scott.
